Murphys Waves are delighted to be working with Dudley Council, proving a complete overhaul of wave generation system at the Crystal Leisure Centre in Stourbridge, England.
Following an inspection and appraisal visit by our engineers, Murphys Waves was engaged by the council to return the wave machine to full working order. Our design team have designed a bespoke “BREAKER” Wave Machines to fit within the existing site constraints, replacing the current equipment with a modern, efficient system which will provide energy savings of up to 50% !!
The manufacture of the new “BREAKER” Wave Machine has already begun and is due to be completed in a total of 4 weeks. The newly modernised wave pool will fully be operational by the end of July 2021… ready to welcome guests for the summer season!!
**UPDATE** August 2021 The refurbishment of the Crystal Leisure Centre’s wave generation system is now complete, the Wave Pool has been commissioned and is now ready to welcome excited guests once again!
